Did a good job on repairing my car. Quote was accurate. Quickly fixed remaining issue when spotted before leaving the shop with no hassle since it was already included in the original quote. The scuff was hard to see in the first place so I understood and they corrected it within 30 mins. Staff were very apologetic and professional.

Very friendly and accommodating service. They're very customer oriented, something that seems to be declining in the past decade. When I got my car back, there was a popping noise in my front drivetrain or suspension, they determined it was my control arm bushings and quickly rescheduled me to have it fixed. Insurance covered it, but they offered to work with me on payment if insurance declined, since the noise was not present before they repaired my car. I strongly recommend this business if you need any auto body work.

By far the best auto body shop I have ever dealt with! It’s such a tough industry and I have had some wacky experiences in the past. Mirror Image is a shinning example of professionalism in both their customer service and more importantly, their craftsmanship. Not a single thing was looked over and the communication was amazing. I expressed my concerns and every single one was addressed. They have worked on my wife’s car and I just picked mine up today after a rough accident. The thing I would like to express the most is how they treated my entry level car as if it were the same as any luxury or high end car they work on. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience and once again, their final product is pristine.

WOW! The team at Mirror Image did an amazing job fixing up the front end of my S7. After 100k miles the front end was peppered with rock chips everywhere and the bumper was peeling clear coat off due to a poor repair some time before I owned it. As a detailer by trade they knew I was particular about my car and they delivered exactly what I was looking for, even calling me after I dropped it off to explain how they could resolve a few more things I hadn’t noticed and got it all fixed at the same time. You get what you pay for, and I’m thrilled with the outcome.
