Way overpriced for the quality of work. Dropped off truck and asked them to look at specific parts that were not working. I noted that it will not pass inspection but to give me a quote for what it needed to pass. Instead they charged us for a failed inspection, told me it needed repairs on parts that it did not need. On top of that never looked at parts I stated were bad. $1,200 for pads and rotors is what they quoted us. Not to mention poor customer service.

 Louis R. Center Conway, NH Ram 1500  12/31/2023  Verified Customer 9 Front caliper Was purchasing a set of tires when the garage found a new issue that set up another visit to Johnson's. They found the left brake pad lower than the right side. The caliper being the root cause. Keeping the truck in good maintenance is a good practice especially if it's your every day transportation. Having a trusted mechanical garage doing the good job that they have been doing keeps my ten year old Ram rolling. Thank you for the good work you do. Braking feels good and tight.

Late on a Friday afternoon they got my truck in and fixed my tire for a long drive home. Genuinely good people and great work. Went above and beyond to help an out of town guest get home safely. My family and I are very thankful.

Great first experience here. Brought my car in because it was running hot. Had been to two other places previously who misdiagnosed the issue and stated they couldn't fix it. The folks at Johnsons however fit me into their schedule to check it out, it was a simpler fix than previously stated. They quoted about a week to fix it and it was done sooner! A little more pricey but I'm very happy customer. They came Highly recommended to me and I too recommend them. Solid job.

Made an appointment and squeezed in a tire sensor I stopped by to see if I could sneak in for service as I was passing by. As expected they were busy. I wanted to do a 90,000 mile service check and made an appointment for it. They do great work and been very satisfied with results to date. As I was making the appointment Katherine was making notes. I told her that truck was running ok except for a couple of annoyances. 1) washer fluid line might have a blockage. Streaming poorly on drivers side and not at all on passenger side. 2) was a tire sensor driver side front. Katherine told me she could squeeze me in for the second issue of two. Sure enough it was the sensor in that wheel as was confirmed. One less thing to think about in two weeks thank you Katherine. Everyone is great and easy to speak with.

Ultimately another company was able to get to us sooner, but Johnson’s Auto Care was honest and willing to service our flat tire. Would recommend them on customer service alone! Thanks for being willing to help a stranded family.
