It said it was open today so we drove 60miles to get here and they were closed!!! Put your open hours right for god’s sake!! What a drag!! Will never go there again

My family and I went camping for a couple of days and we started to hear a noise so we decided to go last minute to places and one place nearby this place was booked but they recommended this mechanic shop and we were pleased that they were so accommodating and professional! We got it fixed less than 4 hours and we are so great full we can drive back safely! Go here for a cheap and best mechanic there is around! Also, thank you so much for helping us last minute! We really appreciated it!

Please be very careful utilizing this company's services. After mistakenly pulling into his parking lot one night recently (the hostess at the restaurant next door told me to park on the left side of the restaurant and I incorrectly assumed she meant for me to park in Albany Auto's lot), the owner came out of his house, which is situated just above the lot, in a truly hysterical manner screaming at me to move my car and threatening me physically if I didn't "have it gone" within a minute. He was completely unhinged and I thought if he had the opportunity he would have attacked me. I had to wait a few moments for my wife to come back out of the restaurant and during that entire time he was screaming at the top of his lungs. I don't live fulltime in the area, so I've never used his company for any services, but here is a bit of advice. If he loses control over something as trivial as someone mistakenly pulling into his lot, you can assume he is not someone you want to do business with. Some "locals" in the restaurant subsequently told me that this type of behavior on his part is quite common. The large number of poor reviews on this site will attest to that.

Charged for sensors they did not replace. THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!

Ruder than all the rest. Their hours are listed as open until 5pm every day. I called around 2pm on a Saturday to ask if they install tires. The man was short and rude with me for no reason. He said no we don’t put on tires purchased from elsewhere. I said ok and asked if they sold tires and he said yes we sell tires but we’re closed today and hung up on me. I wish he never even answered the phone. I did not deserve to be spoken to like that…

Good service. Good people. I've taken a number of cars here, and have always had steller service and good attention to detail.
