Really recommend this place if you have GEICO as an insurance, got my car back fairly fast did an Amazing job putting it back together the technician Sahil did a awesome Job and they kept me in the loop the whole time.

I was very skeptical at first because I have had a very bad job done on my car before but gecio recommended this place and I took a shot and said yes, best decision I have ever made my car looks amazing did such a fantastic job it looks better than when I took it off the lot at the dealership, everyone who works there are so welcoming and friendly and they would bend over backwards to make sure you leave with a smile on your face, I’m so overly pleased with how quick it took not to mention that the rental was already waiting there for me, I got text messages to keep me up-to-date and I also had a phone number with who was working on my car if I had any questions I could call them, hands down the best place I’ve ever been to

looks like nothing ever happened! took a couple months to fix but they were busy what can you expect! very happy with the end result

Did a decent job, but stealing my phone charger left a sour note. So gross. Update: Message left: "My techs have no need to steal your car charger. They have chargers here. But we do have to leave your car out with no windows, and stuff gets stolen" That math doesn't add up, because it's a $55 CAR charger... which they would want for their car. And her response here leaves out that she would replace it after I provided the receipt! Does anyone keep the receipt for their chargers after 3 years? The biggest lie was "And we have a couple of parts that still need to be put in, we just didn't want you to have to wait" That's a really bad lie. "Your car is ready", not "Your car still needs a couple of parts. Do you want to pick it up now and we'll call you when the parts are in?" Seriously. Can't you just say you messed up?? No, I'm not bringing my car back there, and my insurance company will be notified

May 23, 2023There is a clear misunderstanding. I’m not asking for an original invoice. For accounting purposes we just need the receipt from the replacement charger or if you would like to send me the information I can purchase one for you. We do in fact, have a clear protective decal that was on backorder which has since arrived. It’s a three minute process that requires no appointments. I apologize you feel as though there is any type of dishonesty, we are simply just trying to do right by you. I can mail you the decal if it is easier as it is owed to you. I have not yet had any type of return call from you in regards to this matter.
This “collision center” told us multiple times that the parts were here and being put in, 2 months later they still have the car and continue to give excuses as to why they don’t have it ready. I don’t not recommend going to this business.
