I can't thank Kent's towing enough for saving my Butt on MORE then one occasion. Fast response and a non judgemental service. Arrived on time and professionally took take of my dilemma
Called Kent’s for a Tow and they were here within 10-15 mins. Great service
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM $475 FOR A ONE MILE TOW
As a young female, I feel like I get taken advantage of a lot when it comes to my car but finally I didn’t feel that way today! Kent’s fixed some solid mistakes a recent mechanic did to my vehicle and didn’t try to up sell me on anything! Didn’t even take a full day and the pricing was amazing! I will definitely be taking my car here from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tj, was rude, unhelpful, and did not represent Kent's as a business well. Was trying to figure out AAA and was told that he wouldn't wait there all day to figure it out. I'm incredibly dissapointed in Kent's and will never willingly do business with them

May 24, 2023Blake, I'm sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with our towing services. Unfortunately when it comes to AAA it does take quite awhile to get through to them and we cannot sit on the side of the road and wait for that call to be placed. Typically our drivers have calls lined up one after the other, so if we wait for you we are making someone else wait for a service we gave a time estimate on, which is not fair to anyone. Luckily you have insurance and they will be able to take care of the towing charges for you. In the future if you find yourself in a position where you cannot get in touch with AAA, and you pay out of pocket, you can get a receipt and AAA will reimburse you. We hope you have a better day and are sorry you had a negative experience.
