Originally contacted Toyo Workshop to quote changing oils in the driveline and door lock issues. We arranged the time to drop off and complete the work. I received a detailed work order and then when work was completed a detailed inspection of my truck. John took plenty of time explaining everything he found, good and concerning. John and I reached an agreement on how to proceed with repairs. He ordered appropriate parts, some genuine and some not(but just as good in his opinion) and scheduled another appointment. Same easy drop off and pick up of my truck as before. On time and fully completed. I still have more appointments to book, my truck has not seen a mechanic other than state inspection for more than 50 thousand miles. I now have more than 105 thousand on it. With John's knowledge and my desire to not buy another truck at this time I see Toyo Workshop in my fucture for some time now.
