This past August, I brought my 2010 Tacoma to a local Toyota Dealership to have the calipers replaced. I prefer using the dealerships because I want genuine Toyota parts on my vehicle. Unfortunately, I do not like the high costs of their services. They were very nice and fixed what I asked and then charged me an arm and a leg for the service and suggested that I start looking for a new truck because there was a lot more wrong with it. They also gave me quotes on what needed to be fixed and said it wasn't worth it. I love my truck and wasn't happy with this news! Then I remembered seeing John's Toyo Workshop ad on Facebook. I took my truck to him and asked for his opinion. Not only could he fix everything, he could do it without breaking the bank! He did an initial review of the truck and took pictures of everything that needed work and emailed it all to me in a very professional presentation. John uses all genuine Toyota parts and made my truck ride like new again! I am 100% happy with his work and will be going to him from now on. As for the cost? He saved me a little over $1000 in comparison to the dealership quote. I'd call that a win, win, win. Thank you, John!
