So glad that we have Banks Chevrolet to Purchase & maintain our vehicles. We purchased a 2023 Sierra from banks in concord our sales guy Brennan is amazing. went in to check on radio. and he scheduled the appointment, made sure when we arrived he had a loaner waiting for us. (Radio working perfect). Thank you Brennan & Service Staff.

I did not buy my Buick at Banks, but I have used Banks for all the the warranty service issues I've encountered and Banks has always been accommodating and competent in their service.
