I work in the auto industry with OEMs and dealers and I will tell you this place is running rings around the dealer service experience. I just had them replace the control arms on my LS and they saved me thousands of dollars over what the Lexus dealer wanted to charge me, while using OEM parts, too. They provided a pristine loaner, they kept in constant communication with me, they provided written estimates and photos via a text message that opened to a detailed and itemized list of recommendations, they were completely responsive to any requests or questions I had, and they did the work right the first time (and even did additional work they noticed needed to be done and then didn't charge me for it!) This is an outstanding shop. Any subsequent work my Lexus needs that I can't handle, they'll be doing it. Extremely pleased with them- they deserve your business.

I do most of the basic work on my vehicles, but when I encounter something I can't do myself, I always bring my vehicles to Jeff's Lex-Toy. I always receive great service from Ryan and Nate. The work performed has always been top notch, and equal to or better than what you would get at a dealership. Our daughter called us in a panic as her car was shaking and she didn’t know what to do. We called Jeff’s Lex-Toy and Ryan got her car in right away, and within a couple of hours they diagnosed and fixed the issue. Ryan called me and went over the resolution and made sure I understood what was going on. We’ve been coming to Jeff’s Lex-Toy since they opened in 2009 and couldn’t be happier with their service. From calling and working with Ryan to schedule a service, to the quality of work performed by the technicians, there isn’t a better shop around. We’ve used Jeff’s Lextoy since they opened in Derry. Always friendly, accommodating, honest, competent with fair transparent pricing. Professional, knowledgeable, great communication. The team is fantastic and provide great customer service. They have taken my car in when I’ve called last minute, provided a loaner vehicle so I could get to work and kept me informed throughout the process.
