Service recovery is really important and deserves a lot of credit so I can’t complain too much but basically my only critique is I called in advance of getting a boat rack installed on my car and asked for an estimate and was told they wouldn’t be able to give me one until they looked at the boat rack, so I came in and halfway through the appointment, I asked if they had an estimate yet to which I was told” yeah it’s $140/hour so hopefully he’ll be done within the hour” . My confusion is…. If it’s a flat hourly rate, then why wouldn’t I have been told that when I initially asked about estimate over the phone? I sat there pretty stressed as it took the guy an hour and a half to install a boat rack and cross rails that were advertised as a “30 minute install” but also important would like to highlight how kind rich was and he decided to only charge me for the hour so I was grateful for this as he knew I was feeling caught off guard about the pricing and the guy took an extra long time because the kit came with screws that were too long. Anyways, transparency is always appreciated when dealing with garages. I’ll give you guys a 4 because he was courteous enough to not charge me $210 for a basic roof rack install. Thanks

These guys are amazing. David is great. Took great care of me. I would advise to checkout the great services they offer and amazing prices and customer service is excellent they did an amazing overall inspection and informed me on what needed to be fixed. I couldn't believe how bad my cabin air filter was. Thank you again David for taking the time to show us and explain everything. My Corolla is going to be happy with new oil after 20 thousand miles without one.

We were on our way home to CT after vacation. We broke down on a Saturday and were afraid we would not be able to get home. We were so happy to find a garage that was open. We were worried the part we needed would be hard to get. We were pleasantly surprised to find your garage share a building with O'Reilly's and they had the part in stock. A huge thank you to your staff for getting us back on the road quickly. We really appreciate it.

Reliable service for reasonable prices. Bought a set of 4 Vredestein tires last year at a good price on their recommendation and have been very happy so far.

Had a big splash shield piece under my car hanging down which was causing major issues while driving. I called VIP and they squeezed me in on the same day. The shop guys were super nice, professional, and honest, and they did a great job fixing the splash shield as well as clamping a loose hose that they noticed was causing some leakage. Can’t thank the team at VIP enough!

I have been using VIP in Littleton NH for years and years. Why? They are friendly, informative, trustworthy and skilled. They stand behind their work 110%. Their multipoint vehicle inspection gives me peace of mind as I count on my vehicle to stay reliable for my work. The technicians take the time to explain their concerns with no hard sell. In short , this is a gem of a shop.

These guys are great! Something completely tore up the undercarriage of my car late the other night on I93. I'm a female traveling alone so I was panicked and worried I wouldn't be able to make a 500 mile trip the next day. I popped in to VIP Tires & Service the next morning and they took me in right away, fixed me up and had me out of there within 20 mins. They were all very friendly and I would 100% recommend this shop. You can trust these guys!

I called with an emergency loud banging sound situation Sunday morning. I was heading to CT and afraid I needed new brakes or something. Dave greeted me warmly and luckily there was a 9am cancellation. It took a little while but it turned out that a plastic bag wrapped around the drive shaft. He had me out in 1/2 an hour and wished me a Happy Mother's Day. No charge. Made me cry he was so kind and so are the technicians. Thank you Dave for making sure I was able to get home safely!
