From the beginning of my experience with Sarah at the front desk through repairs with Kevin and finally detailing with Liz, this experience with Crash Champions (Merrimack) was top tier ! Thank you again for all of your hard work. The customer service Sarah provided was incredible they even send you text updates. It was easy access by phone Sarah was always happy to answer any questions. The work done on my car is unmatched, Kevin left my car looking brand new from the factory again. Finally, the detail that Liz provided was the icing on the cake. I didn’t expect my car to be cleaned and when I got it back it felt like I was picking up from the dealership for the first time. Once my car got dinged I was beginning to feel like it was the beginning of the end of my journey with my vehicle, that’s not how I feel anymore. Thanks to this fantastic experience I feel like I have a new car again. I appreciated the convenience of having the rental waiting for me right next to my car when I dropped off my and leaving it right next to where my car was waiting for me when I returned to pick it up. Thank you again Crash Champions this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with my car, truly.

My car was recently towed to Crash Champions Merrimack for an evaluation and potential repair. I worked with Kevin, and he was excellent. The communication was incredible - he kept me informed through every step of the process and was so friendly. I live out of state, so this was particularly helpful. Unfortunately the car was ultimately totaled, but I would have definitely moved forward with having Crash Champions repair the vehicle.

Having an accident is no fun! However, if you want to make the process of getting the vehicle repaired - I suggest Crash Champions. From the day we brought the truck in for an estimate until completion - it was a breeze. The personnel are very polite and answered all questions, dealt with the insurance company but what is the most helpful is the regular updates that are sent letting you know what stage of repair your vehicle is in! And the end product - looks like new!

Surprised at low cost of repairs. Short wait for estimate. Months long wait for repairs because business has backlog. Now that our repair is finished, I can say this was the best experience we have ever had with a car repair shop. Excellent communication every step of the way, car repair was completed exactly in the expected time frame. Car repair was better than even expected. Inside of car was also cleaned, unexpectedly. The cost of repairs was actually LOWER than we expected. I highly recommend Crash Champions of Merrimack!!

Took double the time quoted and lots of “hidden damage”. Parts were damaged upon receipt then accidentally returned so had to reorder 2 additional times. Sara had great communication and very friendly. Work done properly. Overall satisfied with my repair.

They repaired my vehicle after a collisions. They were quick and efficient. I would recommend Crash Champions to any one in need of vehicle service. They were very professional deal with and kept me updated throughout the repair process.

The shop is Honda certified. Very professional. Kept me updated on progress. They did a great job on my (precious) car. If I need work on one of my cars , hopefully not, I will use them again.

I got into a little fender bender and my insurance company told me to bring my car to Crash Collision and I did and they are up front about everything that they do to fix whatever you need fixed body wise best part is it only took them a month to finish my car I will definitely recommend Crash Collision to who ever needs body work done thank you
