I ordered the wrong tires by mistake and Justin was really kind about helping me get them sent back and working me in to put on the new tires. The new tires were to arrive studded but were not! Justin studded them himself in spite of being super busy. The technician who put the new ones on was also great. He went above and beyond to help me. Really can't say enough good things about them. The only suggestion I have is to heat the building!

If you just want tires, you can go anywhere. If you want expertise, THE BEST customer service imaginable and/or need help when other tire shops fail, GO HERE!

Great people at great prices, but best of all I've never been sent away or had to wait to get my tire needs taken care of.. they do everything within their power to get you taken care of on the spot!

Justin and Elwin (and staff) are friendly and knowledgeable! Service was quick even on short notice to get new tires put on! Will definitely be back for my next set of tires!
