Yesterday I needed a bulb for my auto and one of the employees actually went out and installed a new bulb for my headlight. Her name was EVE. Thank you very much. What customer service.

I was here sometime in October to buy and install one of my plate number lights that had went off. Eve was very helpful providing me tools to remove the old light and install the new one.👍

Key fob battery failure in New Hampshire, had to pray for God to start the car, as we were stranded at 8:10am in a CVS parking lot. He answered, and we drove to a nearby AutoZone. Jim G. was very helpful, along with YouTube, in accessing and replacing battery. Success, along with courtesy and friendliness

Got oil two days ago, and realized it was the wrong viscosity. Brought it back for an exchange, and they couldn't figure it out. Ended up returning the oil, then trying to charge an extra $20 since the sale ended yesterday. Since they messed up and couldn't just do an exchange, they then tried to offer 10% off the oil, which would have still cost more than I originally paid. Recommend going someplace else.
