Shane at Town Fair Tire was incredible! I dropped my car off to change out my seasonal tires. I was expecting to wait the full day (I didn't have a scheduled appointment), and he was able to have it done in 2 hours. Highly recommend - wonderful customer service and quality work.

Shane deserves SIX STARS!!! He and the friendly, knowledgeable salespeople at Town Fair Tire in West Lebanon got my car in immediately to repair my flat for FREE!! I barely had time to finish the fresh, complimentary hot coffee before I was back on the road. If you need tires go see Shane. He’s got you covered. EDIT: Gotta shout out the guys at Town Fair Tire again. Walked in with no appointment and was beyond pleased when I got a call saying my car was ready LONG before the estimated time. Count on Town Fair Tire in West Lebanon to over deliver. This time it was Hunter who made my friggin day.

Came here in early April to get all new tires. The service was good. They were able to order the tires and install them very soon after. Unfortunately...within 2 days of the replacement, my rear left tire tire began to profoundly lose pressure, about 9 PSI in 2 days. Being aware of the temperature fluctuations, I considered the new tire was fine and the pressure reading could of just been slow to adjust... but it was real. I brought my car back on day 3, and they immediately assessed the tire and said there was no leak and insisted my rim was damaged which was causing the leak. They applied seal to it and said try it now, but get a new rim buddy you are SOL. I was hesitant to believe their opinion as I have had at least 2 tire changes and 50k miles on those factory rims which have been in the same condition for years without any issues. I voiced my concern to the the staff that I believed the tire could be a lemon/defective after I asked for the tire to be replaced per the warranty and their company policy. They refused, and after speaking with the owner, he also refused and said just try it out with the sealant and if it's still leaking to bring it back and he would honor their warranty. The owner acted like he was doing me a favor by honoring the warranty if that was the case, and voiced that he was going to have to modify it for cases like mine where there was no way they could be wrong. I did not want to argue, and accepted his compromise. I'm sure you could guess what happened next, the tire continued to profoundly leak. I needed to add air again to safely bring my car back. The owner honored his word and swapped it for a new tire. It has been 2 weeks now... with more than 1kmiles on it from a long commute. No leak. No leak whatsoever.

Everyone was helpful, but Shane really worked with me to find a price for tires and alignment. They were also super quick to get me in! Will keep coming back!

BEST customer service experience ever! I bought my snow tires here in the fall and loved it. Great price, outstanding service, and excellent selection. I just returned to switch back to summer tires and I had an amazing experience. After my car was done, they called me several times to tell me it was ready but my phone didn't ring. I ended up going back late and the store was closed. Jake is my favorite person in the world! Out of the kindness of his heart, Jake stayed to make sure that I could get my car and get home. He truly went above and beyond and I am the most loyal and happy customer! Thank you Jake, you make Town Fair Tire the best choice a customer can make.

I needed to replace one tire of a set of new tires with less than a summer's wear on them, as I switched from winter to summer tires. Unfortunately the particular tire model had been discontinued. Alex at the front desk went out of her way to research what the equivalent tire was in the new models of tires from the same manufacturer and found one. I got wonderful service from Alex and enjoyed the upbeat, can-do atmosphere of Town Fair Tire in West Lebanon. I also appreciate the best alignment service I've ever found. And the cost was very reasonable. It is the second time I have used Town Fair Tire and have been impressed both times with the level of attention to the customer and their needs. That is a rare commodity in business these days. I highly recommend this store.
