I have two vehicles that I have recently brought in for tires. My second car I brought in for the tires and alignment. The technician came out to let me know that my rear shocks were not good and doing the alignment today would end up ruining the new tires. I was so thankful for the honesty and him taking the time to let me know and not waste my money. The manager Val was also so fun, friendly and accommodating. Not to mention the waiting area is great! Comfortable with great decor and aesthetics!

DON’T MAKE AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT This is likely the only place you’ll hear that. You will not read that on their website. Instead, you’ll be directed to make an appointment online. Don’t. Generally nice helpful people. Appear to have always done good work for me. That isn’t the problem. They routinely show availability online for their specific store (Leb). And if you’re like me, you’ll assume you can make an appointment, just like it says, and might even do than. You also might need to move your calendar around and cancel other appointments to make it work. Then gather your tires from the attic, do all the things, head over to be told “that’s not accurate, no availability for months, not our issue it’s a corporate issue.” May be, but this is stupid. There’s no where else to point this out where anyone will care. Since no one will do anything about it, I suppose warning here is all there is. So I hope this helps someone. P.S.: Did not help that person said they called me and I have no missed calls and no voicemail. No one’s responsible. Point fingers. Fine: the result is the result and it will keep happening as we point to the invisible man as being responsible. Best of luck.

We in to buy a new spare…got a great price and the employees even corrected a mistake a previous Tire Warehouse had made by replacing our stem censors for free. Delightful attitude from the staff. Very polite and friendly. We are only using Tire Warehouse for our tire purchases from now on.

Great shop, better people. Woke up on a Sunday to a few wheel/tire issues, called and brought my car in out of concern with getting home safe. Valerie and crew were kind, informative, and willing to explain things to me. Valerie (and the technicians) clearly laid out my options and helped me (didn’t push me) make a decision. I initially left with a shorter term fix to get me home but turned around and decided to do a more long term fix rather than wait. Trust-worthy, fair, and honest. Very hard to come by these days.

Made an appt. for 1:30 to get tires changed never left until after 3. The guy did the tires was slow and rude but the girls up front was awesome.
