I stopped in at Robert’s Auto to schedule an appointment for my car to get checked out. It was a Friday afternoon, and Joe scheduled me for early the next week. I dropped off my car, thinking that I was going to get an estimate and an oil change. They have a great system that notifies you through every process of the service. When they were done, I got a notification And went back to the garage. I spoke with Cooper who let me know what needed to be done and said that they could order the parts and do it that day! I got the notification that my car was ready a few hours later. Cooper explained me that I really needed to get new tires and That I could get them somewhere else, and they would put them on. And Ray, who is just about to head out on lunch, promptly offered to fix a rattle on a heat shield that I had mentioned at pickup. And he did it right then! I left the garage very happy with my experience there. I actually went and bought a set of tires and went back to the garage that afternoon. They had no problem at all getting those tires on, balanced and aligned that same day. They even let me drive my daughter home and drop her off first so she didn’t have to wait at the garage with me! The staff at Robert’s Auto is excellent. They are friendly and informative. I would highly recommend them for auto service and repair.
