I ran over something that flew out of the truck in front of me and stopped by for there assistance. They got me right in and repaired my tire and got me on my way quickly. They were all very pleasant and helpful

Sold me a new tire that then went flat, I'm guessing it defective, it was flat by the time I was home, probably a damaged tire they resold as new. They repaired it but charged me, and the patch blew out and was flat by the time I got home. I went in a third time, and I asked for a replacement since it was defective, but they wouldn't and when I left, I immediately had to pull over and check the tire, someone had put a car body tack in it, not sure if intentionally put there but by now you can guess I am getting suspicious. I turn around go back and get it patched again, on my way home the patch blew out and I am stranded on the side of the road. They are a wrecker service also, so I call and ask for a free tow as they are responsible. They say no, it will be $90 and the soonest they can get to me is in three hours. The word I have is crooked.

Bob's was incredible! My car battery had died over sometime during the winter and couldn't be restarted with home jumper cables. I called Bob's to have the car towed and to then get a battery replacement. Calling and scheduling the tow and repair services were the smoothest experiences I've ever had with an auto service. Everyone was clear, on time, and responsive. The tow expert brought industrial cables that were able to start my battery and I was thus able to drive my car directly to Bob's. While at Bob's they were able to recharge my battery without replacing and didn't charge me a thing! Throughout the whole ordeal, I was able to get friendly, reliable service and ultimately only paid for a jumpstart, so it wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought it would be!
