Been trying for a couple of weeks to reach this RV Service with no luck. I've left several messages to no avail. So my 1 star rating speaks to communication only.
Replaced water heater parts. We have had Dennis winterize our trailer for over 12 years. No one is better.
Came out on super short notice to fix my toilet, and replaced another gasket that I was originally just going to put up with (the toilet bowl didn’t hold water for very long) very professional, friendly and easy to work with!
The awning on my trailer was pulled off by torrential downpours while camping in Guilford NH. I called Thompson's in the morning and he was here that afternoon. He did a great job taking care of removing the awning and caulked the holes in the side of my trailer to prevent any possible rain damage. He even removed the broken awning and support brackets. I hope I never need another repair call, but if I do, I'll be calling him again.
