Raffertys Auto Service is the complete one stop auto repair garage in the Lakes Region. Brought my 2016 GMC Sierra pick up truck in for some front end problems that starting making noises. Justin got me in the garage on my schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. I have an extended warranty service and he called the company to see if the repairs were covered. Unfortunately not covered but he tried to explain to the representative that they should be paying for the work and their assessment was not correct. Great all around customer service and attention to details. Honest work that you know the job will get done and no worries about performing work that is not needed.
