Recently had a recall on my Lincoln, the Irwin Ford/Lincoln service team took care of the recall and an oil change and tire rotation. Service team started the work promptly communicating the whole time and finished the car quickly. I’ve used their services before and I’ll be back! Thank you!
Many choices, Salesman (Zach) was great. Attentive, no pressure, great price. I Paid cash for the car but still had to meet with the finance guy. He really tried to get me to purchase the extended warranty. Seemed to get a bit perturbed when I refused it for the 4th time. I understand that it is their job to offer it and try to sell it but if you say no once, it should just be no.
I bought my (first!) Lincoln at Irwin from Seamus yesterday and couldn't be happier. I really feel that he listened to what I wanted and got me the best price he could. He was so friendly and patient with me and I would recommend him to any of my friends or family. Overall it was a low stress, no pressure experience and a great Christmas present to myself. Thanks again!
