I took the 2 hour drive from to Irwin Ford in Laconia because I seen the truck that I really wanted. What I didn’t realize is how excellent my experience was. I was able to meet with Seamus McNally as my product specialist. What a great team member you have with Seamus. It had been 11 years since I purchased a vehicle and he made me feel at ease with the entire process. He explained everything to me and kept me posted on progress. Overall the experience was worth the drive and although I was wiped after the drive home, I was completely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend working with Seamus if you are looking for a new vehicle, regardless of how far you are from the Laconia dealership. Irwin Ford gets 5 stars 🌟 I brought my Ford F150 in for service and I was shocked at how I was treated and taken care of. Service like this is rare these days. They completed everything I asked for in a timely manner. They were kind enough to have their shuttle driver drop me off at the gym 🏋️‍♂️ while I was waiting for my truck. They finished before I was done with my workout and said just text us for a ride when you are finished. They also kept me up to speed during the process with tex messages and even sent me a video of the service and inspection.
