Drove 1 1/2 hours to test drive/buy a vehicle (had made an appointment 5 days prior) and upon arriving to find out the vehicle was in the shop being worked on and not able to test drive. I was planning on purchasing the vehicle that day, they never called to tell me the vehicle was not available to test drive/buy which wasted almost 4 hours of my day and still no car. I ended up going back the next weekend to purchase the vehicle which I was told was 100% good to go, after signing for the vehicle and getting ready to leave they told me they could not do an inspection because they had unplugged the battery during the repairs and it needed to be driven for 100 miles or so to clear any codes. then told me I could come back the next weekend to get the free inspection. driving more then 3 hours round trip for a $45 inspection is crazy my time is more valuable then that. needless to say they are no different then most dealerships and will swindle you anyway they can. :)

I ordered a part to be installed. I was informed it was in stock and would only be a few days and I would be contacted once it came in and to schedule an appointment. Nobody ever called me, so I had to call and follow up a week and a half later to set the appointment. Once I came in for the appointment, however, the tech who installed it was excellent and I was out within an hour.

On time, exceptional service and mechanic PJ DeFosses is the only one I trust with my vehicle. He listens and is very thorough.
