Took our 2024 Chevy Trax in for free service, state inspection and a vehicle recall. The free service and inspection were completed in a reasonable time. The recall could not be completed because of computer complications with GM -- tried 3 times without success. This means I must call for another appointment, take another hour or two out of my day and hope the recall can be attended to. This may have been a GM issue, I don't whose fault it was. The issue is I am inconvenienced when I should not be.
