HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My daughter goes to Keene State but we live in CT 3 hours away from our trusted garage. I can not express how happy & at ease I was after talking with both John & Peter in service. They both called, gave me a detailed recommendation of what needed to be replaced & cost. Kept me informed on a part that took a day to come in & let me know when it was ready. AND... They have a shuttle service so they picked my daughter up & dropped her off. Definitely 5 gold stars.

They were dispatched on 6/16/2022 for AAA towing service. Upon arrival, the driver threw a Damage Waiver in the face of my wife and told her she needed to sign it before he could tow the vehicle. She asked to read it, and his response was that he was in a hurry and didn't have time. When she called me and was distraught with his (NED, "Name Given") customer service and attitude, I asked that he call me in which I heard him refuse. My wife put me on speaker, and she witnessed his attitude change. She was to ride with him to the Ford dealership, yet felt unsafe and we had to make other arrangements. In my years of membership with AAA, I have never received this type of unprofessional service. I also filed a complaint with AAA on this matter. If I could have, I would rate them a negative 5.
They were accurate fast and price was right.
