I've been a customer here for the last twenty years and have always been taken care of. I know it is now under new management and I was hopeful it would continue the good service. I am sadly disappointed however. The service person I spoke with was extremely condescending and rude on the phone with me today when I was just trying to make an appointment for an inspection. Everyone has a bad day but this was unacceptable. I'll be looking for a new auto service shop.
