Failed my vehicle for ball joints. I checked them afterwards and they had no play, then went to another shop who charges the going rate for a sticker and they confirmed there was nothing wrong. Pay the full price for inspection at a reputable shop, not one like this that baits people with cheap inspection prices then tries to rip you off with bogus work

May 23, 2023The technician brought you out to the shop and personally showed you, you then stated you thought they would be under warranty from where you got them. Our technicians get paid hourly so there is no gain for them to sell something that is not needed. Sorry you are unhappy with the process.
My wife had a leaky tire. They took her in immediately and were able to put a plug in it for her. They did not charge her for this speedy service, nor did they try and sell her a tire. Old fashioned ethical service! Sadly, that is getting rare these days. These guys are the real deal and provide stellar service.
This place is excellent. Had a slow leak on one tire, called and they said come right in and we'll take a look it. They took me right away! Very kind and respectful. Plugged the hole, didn't try to upsell me- just wanted me to give their services a shot which I will!! So happy to be able to get back on the road!!
Staff are all very kind and transparent with you. Having visited many shops and been spoken to condescendingly since I am a female, the folks at Extra Care treated me as equal. Thank you all for being considerate and doing such great work!
