I can’t say enough good things about Craig at AutoZone North Conway! He was so helpful with finding us parts and even helping to find a mechanic to fix the car. Nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you Craig.

Short notice on vacation, Battery died, DJ not only assisted us but discounted us the better battery and allowed us use tools in order to pull and replace battery! Had he not been the only 1 there he'd had done it himself at no charge! Exceeded expectation and reassured needs would be meet and comfort to get us home! Thanks DJ

Auto Zone has consistently given us excellent customer service - from workers, like Alan, Brian, and others, who combine customer caring with competence. They represent the store and the products they sell very well. Last Sunday I got outstanding customer service from Brian, regarding parts I needed for our Hyundai. He was thorough, patient, knowledgeable, efficient, and figured out the parts needed, all with a caring and positive demeanor.

Absolutely love these guys Mark and DJ are my go-to car guys I look forward to seeing them when I have to go to their store. Highly recommend quality products and quality service makes for a quality experience. Skyler and Allen are great additions to the staff. Very helpful yesterday and they loved my dog Marley and gave him treats:)
I called on may 27 at about 11am I told the gentleman on the phone that I was looking for a part for my motorcycle ( a condenser usually found in Chevy pickups) his only focus was we don’t sell bike parts. I tried to explain to him that they do cross over and I had got parts there before. His reply was (no you didn’t) with no interest in helping me. I then pushed him to look it up by its part number and wouldn’t you know it’s something they sell. If this dude cared a little bit more about customer service and less about trying to be right he would have gained a life long customer. He repeatedly stated how he has worked there for seven years and how I hadn’t got these parts there before. I think he’s worked there a few years to long. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, Booooo

Called for a special part. Was told they have it. Made the trip down and they didn't have it and the guy who told me about it wasn't there, just a half hour later. The part he told me he had wasn't even the last I requested. The only reason I have then 3 stars was because the other guys there were helpful in directing me to other businesses in the area that could help. Reply to response: No need to follow up. I was able to get the tool I needed at another store but I wouldn't have been able to do so if your employees hadn't recommended them, so I am grateful to them for that. Will give your store another try when in the area.
