We placed an order online and when I went to pick it up the parts the tech explained that I had ordered top shelf brake rotors and bottom shelf brake pads. He explained the difference and after a quick call to hubby we realized our mistake and got the right parts. The tech saved me the time and hassle of having to return to the store once I got home and noticed my error. Nice job!
