Easily took my money to come and look at 2 PIPES I NEED V-BAND FLANGES CHANGED for my Car... And its a verry rare car with top of the line parts.... and as I was showing the measurements (the didn't even have any measuring tools) they wrote down 2 and then just stared at my turbo like Bamby blinded by lights , And paid them "For the estimate" which I got a basic response *lied * unfamiliar with V-BAND's ? And blocked me when I simply asked for an estimate and recipet sent to my email... I feel as if I was judged , And was Completely unprofessional.... I've worked on vehicles and many jobs where Customer service is Key... But none of that was present.. I didn't get any information back as to why just cut off a flange and weld on one I provided... Simple... but im a positive disabled man and respectful to people.. Not sure what the reason was.. anyway that's just my experience..verry unfortunate...

I reached out to Zaks via the online form because it is a Dinan dealer and I wanted an exhaust for my new-to-me GR Supra. I was pleasantly surprised when Jake provided an estimate, took a deposit, and ordered the exhaust for me *all online*. Once the exhaust had a delivery date, Jake quickly scheduled me for an appointment. At the shop, the well designed waiting area/coffee bar allowed me to work remotely during my appointment. When they ran into a hiccup (needing new hangers due to the junky exhaust setup the last owner installed) that I probably should have anticipated myself before hand, Jake quickly ordered the parts for overnight delivery and set me up with a loaner vehicle. The parts came the next day and they finished the install. Checkout was just as smooth as ordering/setting the appointment, thanks to Julia. The exhaust looks and sounds amazing, but I'm probably more impressed by the service I received and the general vibe of the shop and the people that work there; it was customer-for-life level stuff. It also doesn't hurt that the parking lot is basically a car show!
