Great service all the time. Professional staff and I have found their fees to be fair and honest. No over sale and they stand behind their work.
Don't go here. I had a 4pm inspection scheduled 2 weeks in advance walked through the door at 4:04 and the guy at the counter said I was too late for him to do it. I thought he was actually making a joke.....nope guy was actually that much of jerk. Don't think I have ever had such bad customer service it really kind of blew my mind to be honest.

I wish , there is zero star option. Rip off- dishonest . Norm is very dishonest and cheat you with straight face. Charged me $265 for oil change on my 2018 Range Rover. More than the dealer or twice the cost of other foreign auto repair shop. They also rip you off with state inspection. Do not fall for their coupon scam. I showed my old invoice for oil change ($125)from HM Motor works that repair all high end cars and norm claims they use cheap 0w-20 oil. Stay away from this shop. Called next door DFA auto repair(known for honest work) , they quoted $125 also. With so many bad reviews, hopefully norm will try to be little honest and not cheat customers.
