Had a Mini Cooper that was in great shape and working fine- had some repairs done here and leaving the driveway of the shop the gear system shredded the engine. Car was a complete loss. They blamed my son who picked it up and they did nothing for me. Would not even refund my repair bill. Be careful here.

Jul 23, 2023We remember your MINI Cooper, we worked on it 3 Years ago on February 11, 2020. We replaced your Front Brakes due to Failing State Inspection, replaced a right front parking light bulb, wiper blades and rear hatch pistons. We also remember your car leaving the shop and going down the road. The Clutch had a catastrophic failure. The clutch pieces went through the Bell Housing of the Transmission and Radiator. We towed the car back to the shop with your son. You came to the shop to pick up your son and inspected the damaged caused by the Clutch Failure with one of our technicians. We discussed options for repair and at that time, you declined repairs. We thought this issue was resolved per our discussion. Again, this was 3 years ago. The guys at 3D performed a PPI for us and where extremely easy to deal with. The work was quick, easy, and fair priced. They will be used again!

Amazing guys! Re edit from 5 star review :So I thought I did what everyone else.did and went off of Google 5 star reviews but man every thing they diagnosed was wrong , careful when you go here, I'll say this I went and confronted on some of the things that they did to my car that I had to have redone and they cut me a check for what they charged me on labor not parts( I can't expect a refund for new parts installed) idk if whoever did the diag on my car wasn't all there that day I get stuff outside of work effects us but I almost payed a few thousand for work that I did not need
