I chose Tire Warehouse for my new tires and tire installation because my previous mechanic overcharges and service takes way too long. I’ve been here once before as a walk in for a tire leak and was impressed with them. This time they were able to reschedule me to the following day when they didn’t have the tires I wanted in yet, they’re friendly and service is fast.

Went to go get a set of aftermarket rims installed. Employee put two jackets under my vehicle that we’re not secure. After taking off rear wheels and rims, he put the rims in the trunk which was open at the time. Then, proceeded to takeoff the front wheel and rims, and he took the wheel off. The back of the vehicle fell almost all the way down to the pavement. Employee noticed before I jumped under the vehicle and stopped the vehicle from falling to the ground. The original original employee that came out and jacked up. My car was no longer working on my vehicle. There was a second employee that happened to be taking my wheels off and if it wasn’t for him, my muffler would be extremely damaged at this point. I have a 2024 BMW X1 brand new so I was pissed. When the vehicle dropped down, one of my rims fell out of the trunk and slammed onto the ground permanently, damaging it. They had me put in a claim to cover the damages, but this should not have happened period! I will never go there again and do not suggest anyone else goes there either.

Had 4 snow tires removed & bagged. Purchased tires there & was done in 30 min. Very happy with my experience. I have been a customer for over 15 years. Would highly recommend them to family & friends. They are very easy to work with. Seth & the guys where very efficient!

I had a tiny leak in my back left tire, so I headed on down to Tire Warehouse where I expected to cash out $20-50 if I where lucky even for how small of a leak it was But when the time came to pay, they didn't even charge me! Next time I need tire service of any kind I'll 100% come back to Tire Warehouse!

Great Customer Service, they have fixed flats, and fixed leaks for me with no charge without appointments. This is the reason why I get my tires here. They are there for you when you need them.

Not all Tire Warehouses are equal, this one and the one on Manchester street in Concord are by far the best! Friendly, professional and blazing fast at what they do. Highly recommended
