My repair was a pretty good sized parking lot dent on the driver's door side that I had chosen to live with. One day I called, Jason answered and asked that I send him photos. He quoted a reasonable price within an hour and I scheduled the work. He was polite and professional, and did an amazing job. The dent is gone. My only regret is that I didn't call earlier. I strongly recommend you contact them if you're considering this repair method,
I had a big dent on my hood from a rock so I submitted photos on the website for a quote. Received a call back the following day and Jason came out to my work the day after. He did a great job and was professional and accommodating to my schedule, and even fixed a small dent on the side which was not addressed on the quote. The process was very easy, price reasonable, and results better than expected!
