Brought my SUV in with an undiagnosed electrical problem. Was treated with respect and greeted by friendly people and a puppy. While I was waiting on the repair I ended up dealing with a family emergency which required me to leave abruptly. Without asking, the owner threw me the keys to his work truck which allowed me to handle the situation quickly and easily. Got my car back a few hours later and it was as good as new. They've earned a lifelong customer with that move. Highly suggest

One of my friends went to this shop. We watched his car sit in the parking lot for almost a week before it was brought into the shop. I guess we are taking out customers time for granted. I called them myself and Steve was unbelievably rude and not understanding to our concerns. When the car is finally out. Yes the check engine light was off but they did not address everything that was needed for the car and what we expressed needed to be done. Very poor job by them and by the company. The general manager was also very snippy when spoken to her when asked about the allotted time we were given in regards to the car being finished. Very ugly situation. Would never return to this so called business

Nice people, not so nice prices. $75 for an oil change. Laughable. I'll take the blame for not asking the price beforehand, but that's highway robbery. $141 total for an inspection and an oil change... $75+45=$120.. Then I guess another $21 in what... Taxes, fees, or other random things? Never again. Went here out of convenience because it's across the street. Should've just taken my business to my regular guy in Londonderry. What a joke.

Not trustworthy. Will look at your vehicle in a pinch and on a short notice, but make sure you know what you actually needs to be done and check after that it was actually done.

Absolutely amazing service. We were passing through from down south day after Christmas when the check engine light came on and we pulled in here. Everyone was so friendly, walked us through every step of the process they were doing, prices extremely fair. Dog friendly too—made sure our pup had water and a blanket while we waited in their lobby. Even let us borrow a phone charger. Above and beyond. Can’t recommend them enough—bring your vehicles here! You won’t be disappointed.

Went in here with my buddy to get a check engine light with misfiring cylinders, after a week of waiting for it they gave the car back with nothing fixed. I went into the shop to talk to the mechanic. When I went in there wasn’t a single car with an engine still in it and they wanted to take my engine too, he said it had bad valves. Took the car back home and replaced the coil packs myself and it was good as new

I work for Amazon and I bring the vehicles to motivated and the fast with repairs so I can get the vans back on route

Steve and Erik were both very professional and personable. Made me feel very comfortable and very glad that I chose this repair shop. Would highly recommend it to anybody. They do great work at a reasonable price.

“Motovated” alright. Motivated to rip you off and over charge you for parts and work you never asked to be done. They charged me & $1873.37 over the quote I was giving and agreed to before service done. The manager. I think it’s Steve. He tried to lie to me on the phone and tell me that my car needed the work or it wouldn’t be able to leave the shop but I drove it there just fine. I’m out of 2 grand and have awful anxiety driving my own vehicle now thinking something will brake very soon
