Mark, we could not provide a loaner car for you because you are under the allowable age for a loaner car due to our insurance regulations. We most certainly had a loaner car ready to go for you when you arrived. Our service advisor even reached out to a senior manager to ask if he could bend the rules for you. Unfortunately we can not do that as there would be no insurance coverage should an incident occur. This was especially important in your case as the day you were to drop off your vehicle there was a snowstorm with multiple accidents in the area. Sorry we couldn't accommodate your request but will be more than happy to when you reach the age requirement.

Brad, sorry to hear you did not have a satisfactory experience at our shop at your recent service visit. We have taken steps to make sure our equipment is functioning properly and did not find any issues at this time. And yes, setting tire pressures to factory spec is part of every tire rotation service.
