After having a subpar experience with another local repair shop, I took a chance and popped down to Kincaid for a quote. The girls in the office were so kind, informative, and got me exactly what I needed quickly. Not only did they make the process extremely simple for someone who has never had to deal with a repair, they also did an excellent job making the work performed perfect. They actually had my vehicle ready two days earlier than anticipated and looking brand new. 10/10 recommend if you need work! While you never wish to have repairs needed to be made, if you do this is the place.
After my first accident with a deer I had severe front end & passenger side damage. Kincaids came recommended from a friend. When I called & spoke to Paige she mentioned their turnaround was 2 months if parts were available. My car was towed to their shop June 22 and I picked up on July 21. I can’t express how thankful I am for the turnaround & consistent info Paige was always willing to share with me. They worked well with my insurance company, Gieco. The car looks amazing!
