I would put NO stars but i cant... I will never step foot into this rip off "garage". I know two people who they messed over big time. When you give a quote on how much it will cost then go up $300 more with out calling the customer, ya crooks. Then they were asked not to do something to a friend's car in they did anyway and wanted to charge $3,000 for what they were told not to do. Sorry I see crooks all over this place.

Our records indicate you have never been into our shop. It is our standard practice to receive proper authorization before performing any services that we keep on file.

Was 3 hrs from home on a work project and my vehicle developed an exhaust leak. Gave them a call and they squeezed me in for the repair the same day so i could drive home after work that day. Plus they told me about other issues going on that should be addressed. Highly recommended. Thank you

I love shippie auto!! Just had another trip to them spent they are the freakkkkkinnn best!! And they have loaner cars so life dosnt have to stop just cuz ur car wants to be a pain in the but. Also they have the cutest dogs that greet you 😍

I guess its not a huge deal, but went to check my oil after my car being at Shippees, because they said it was burning oil. And found a paper towel/rag under the hood of my car.
