I bought a 2014 Ford Focus in May, 2022. A few weeks later I found BUGS in my car all underneath the carpet and in my backseat. This is absolutely nasty. Im currently still brainstorming ways to get these out with my fiancé and brother who has the same exact car as me. I am so disgusted with this. This was also my first car that i have purchased and i put my trust into these people only to be surprised with this !! DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!!! UPDATE 1YR LATER- Transmission failed, spent over $5,000 on a car that was $8,900. Control arms were falling off. Drove it on the highway one day in the rain and the car went into limp mode and I had to baby it all the way home at 25mph. Also I was giving only 1 key to this car and it happened to be the key that was “child locked” so I couldn’t go past 80mph, couldn’t have music on till the passenger seat person buckled, and could only turn the music up to a certain point. 0 outta 10 STILL DO NOT RECOMMEND <I got the bugs out though so there’s that>
Driving south for the winter we got a punctured tire. The dealership bent over backwards to get it changed ASAP for us!! Kudos to them! Thank You Very Much!
Purchased pontiac grand am . They did inspection. 3 months later i had a tire repair done. Front subframe completely rotted out. Have photos if interested. Sells junk at high prices. I have 35 years in automotive industries. Im glad my wife didnt get killed in the rust bucket. While i was putting in the new engine cradle i spotted a bolt treaded into the weep hole on the water pump. Dont buy from this crook.

May 25, 2023When did you purchase the vehicle, we have not sold a grand AM in five years or longer. This is the first we have heard of this. your name would be helpful
dealership advertised that they had a specific car for sale. so, I stopped at their location to look. upon inquiring, I was told that the vehicle had sold, and sold quickly. it was a collector car in beautiful shape, so I wasn't surprised. a week later I noted that the ad was still up. I messaged that someone should probably take it down if it had been sold. my message was read, but not responded to. I continued to see the ad, but figured they were simply overlooking it. fast forward to now. a buddy of mine messaged me to show me the car that he'd just purchased. it was a link to the ad of the car that supposedly sold! I have no idea why I was told this, and there was no mistake on the part of the person to whom I spoke. it's a rather unique vehicle. if they're willing to sidestep the truth about this, what else will they do? edit to address the comment from the owner - it's completely irrelevant. The person to whom I spoke at the time, directly at the dealership, when I addressed the car in question, told me that it had sold. Additionally, the messages that I sent on Facebook were clearly read, with no response. It speaks volumes of either incompetence or apathy.
