A’s auto towed my car over 100 miles from Vermont to Connecticut. Driver provided great service and communication. I highly recommend them.

Corey was amazing!! When he told me he would be arriving at around nine, I joking asked if he could bring us a pizza as well, as we were also trying to find a pizza place that delivered (both of our cars were stuck in the snow!). Well Corey did bring us a pepperoni pizza!! And then got both of our cars out of the snow!! He was incredible!!!

Easily the best tow shop I've ever worked with. A's was incredibly professional and got me and my big, weird RV out of a tough situation. They were super helpful at every turn and took good care of my vehicle. Couldn't recommend them more.

Outright refusal of service. We used AAA for a lock out service and though they stated they would be at the residence in 75 minutes it took them 3 hours. Only by calling to follow up did they "do us the favor" of servicing us first. The staff came driving their tow truck and told us a towing would be needed. They confirmed right there their availability and willingness and told us they only had 3 more lockouts in the area to deal with. The dispatch lady then proceeded to give us.and AAA the run around by claiming they did not have tow truck availability for the day. When confronted she just hung up the call. Of note, we were always polite in our conversations. Buyer beware.
