Fast response time, reasonable price for quality work.
Very professional, easy to talk to, answered all questions. Work was performed in a prompt and timely manner. Rates were very reasonable. Would use them again if need more repairs.
In a word "Excellent" in all respects. From the first phone call where the terms of service were clearly outlined, to the on time arrival, to the demonstration of the underlying problems, to the immediate short-term repair, and outline of next steps to permanently repair with required replacement parts. Two days later he returned to adjust his short-term repair and did so quickly and without charge. He also reiterated the parts needed to be replaced for permanent repair. This is a rare example of someone who genuinely cares about the quality of his work and who is committed to the results! John and Debra Dur
