I was stuck on the side of 93 after my car engine stopped working. In panic, I called Danny and he answered right away. He made it a priority to help me out ASAP as I was stuck on 93. It took him maybe 15 minutes to get to me? He was extremely nice and very very helpful. I had my car towed to a shop over night, where he let me know when it was dropped off and that it was locked. He picked my car up the next day and let me know when he picked it up, when enroute to the dealership, and when he dropped it off (and that it was locked). I definitely recommend LifeLine Towing. I never needed a tow before (hopefully wont again), Danny raised the bar VERY high for other towing companies!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks again, Danny!

Danny was great when I was out of my league with a tire issue. I took his professional advice, and everything worked out. He could not have been more pleasant to deal with, and he made an unpleasant situation that much better.

Danny saved the day (on a holiday!) when we had a blow out on a trailer tire. Not only did he replace the tire with the spare, but he also waited until we had everything fully hooked back up and were on the road to make sure we were all set. Highly recommend!

Very great and pleasant workers, saved us a TON of money which they didn’t have to do, but helped us out with the kindness in their hearts. Drove 45 minutes out of the way to tow us for even further. Couldn’t be happier with the service we got.

Danny was professional, efficient, kind, and patient when trying to jump start my car. He ended up having to tow it to a local Ford dealership, but was very helpful in finding the best one which would have me seen within a week, which was useful because I got stuck far from home. Hopefully I won't need another tow any time soon, but if I do, I'll call LifeLine!

Danny was a breeze to work with. Prompt, professional, terrific communication, and incredibly helpful. Very fair pricing compared to other local towing companies. Danny is terrific with personalizing each job/customer experience. Very honest. Doesn't have the 'shady vibe' that some mechanics/tow truck drivers seem to have. Took very safe and cautious approaches to loading/unloading my vehicle. Just from my hour interaction/working with Danny, I could tell he was a high-quality human being. He was personable and even held off-topic conversation with me. I was in the middle of moving and he even grabbed a few boxes and helped load them. He went completely above and beyond any and all expectations. A five out of five stars for his service today almost understates the experience. Would not hesitate to ever work with Danny again in the future.

The best! We live remote and the car was mired in the mud. Danny was fabulous, timely, friendly, efficient, but incredibly professional despite my not too brilliant offers of help. He made the safety of the car and my nephew and me top priority. Hope he answers my next call.

What can I say? Danny was a hero. He saved us as we were stranded on the side of the highway on our way to a wedding. He had our car towed to the place we were staying at and was so conscientious. Incredible kindness and communication. Also reasonably priced! His service was the definition of going above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone.
