I bought four new tires which they wouldn't install after driving 45 miles for an appointment because Walmart's corporate policy requires they install only the exact size of tire stamped on the door. They do not allow optionaltire sizes that fit the wheel in common use for vehicles. In my case the new tires were P265 and provide a wider surface for ground contact than the P255 written in the door. They said I bought the wrong tire which is silly because it was correct size for the wheel. I suspect Walmart staffs 20 corporate lawyers whose job it is to find and avert potential legal issues but in reality they find problems where there are none and ruin the Walmart's customer service.

Awesome and cheap

I have a 2023 and they won't put tire on intill the summer of 2023 and this was the cheapest I found I always go to them but now I have to spend 800 for tire instead of 600

I worked for the Walmart auto care center very recently and the amount of stuff wrong with this place is just ridiculous and the way they treat their employees is even more ridiculous the fact that the service manger lies to his employees about stuff like what position your gonna be when before he hires u and than never tells u that your being changed to a different area not even close to what your job title was and he espichally likes picking on people with mental disability’s and physical disability’s who are just trying to get a job doing something they like to do but when someone dose this to someone espichally after being told and promised u would be something else it’s just wrong so at this point if I can not reach out to Walmarts corporate and something is not done I will be not olny doing evreything to make sure they lose as much business possible I will also have my entire family and friends share what Walmart dose to their employees and how they treat them so hopefully they try to get ahold of me and do the right thing Beacuase at this point the amount of damage that’s been done along with evreything else I have to say is bad and I’m sure evreyone would like to hear about it

Store policy caused me frustration and extra time and I had to take the wheels off and roll them to the service bay. RIDICULOUS WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT
