The quality of the work was good. The time required to complete the job was bad. I was originally told 6 business days. In the end it was 18 business days. Being off by a factor of 3 is incompetence in estimating or repairing or both. My deductible was reduced to partially compensate for the delayed repair.
So far so good. Car was clean when picked up. Repair looks exceptional. Good communication and updates from them on status of repair.

Fixed my car to perfection!
I hit a deer in my Subaru Crosstrek. Key Collision works as a provider through my car insurance, Geico. 5 stars for all parties involved (Geico, Key Collision, and Enterprise). My car took about 3.5 weeks for repairs, but Key Collision always kept me updated along the way. Huge shout out to Kathie at Key Collision. She made sure I was taken care of. My original grill was vinyl wrapped black, and I was worried I would have to get that re-done on the new grill since the Subaru Crosstrek stock grills have chrome on them. Kathie said “Don’t worry! We will paint it black for you!” I was nervous what the outcome would look like, but my car looks great!
I’d give them six stars if I could! In all areas. And that was through insurance, which was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had that way! I can only imagine how great they are doing business directly through them. You’re a fool if you don’t use the Key Collision of Portsmouth.
My car looks like new! They worked closely with my insurance and car rental (Enterprise) and kept me informed every step of the way. Even the inside was clean. Thanks to all at Key Collision!
