Reserved a Uhaul to be picked up at 10am, no one was there and the place looks like it's been abandoned, grass around the "office" is knee-high. Waited for 20 minutes past the scheduled time, called every phone number listed, could not get ahold of anyone. Waste of time and gasoline.

Jul 24, 2023Sorry, we were closed on Monday June 26, and UHAUL knew this and still scheduled you to pick up a uhaul. Business phones aren’t answered on days we’re closed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
They break things. My 96 2500 Green Suburban was in there Jan 2020 for an inspection and it "fell" off the lift. It curled the frame and my muffler was crushed. They kept it hush hush. They refused to talk to me regarding it. I ended up getting it fixed somewhere else. Do NOT go there!
