Irwin Toyata is the most streamline dealership I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. They make buying a pleasant and very easy experience. I dont know if all their sales reps are great but fortunately for me, I drew Itai Epstein. I would ask for this guy by name. Hes a young kid, probably 26 maybe 28 yrs old. He is very kind, knowledgible, jovial and very helpful. Best sales guy in any field Ive ever met. Im sorry to say, I cannot remember the finance guys name but he was also incredible with over 25 yrs experience. All I can say is that this company and their people have set the bar pretty high. I just got my 2024 Toyota Tacoma last week, so I havent experienced the service dept yet, but I will update this when I do. Excellent service. I own an old truck and Irwin techs find issues on the vehicle as they are wearing out. they let you know what will need to be done in the coming weeks or months. Best part is the help getting back and forth to my house with a complimentary Irwin shuttle. Brandon in service is great at communicating exactly what needs and to be done. I like the videos the techs send to my phone while my truck is on the lift. They explain what is critical and what can wait. I highly recommend them for service or to buy a new car.
