It's always a pleasure to do business with them. They always fix my cars in a timely manner and are very helpful with any questions I have.

Communication with the shop was excellent, staff was helpful and friendly, work was amazing I couldn’t even tell it had ever been hit by someone else, it looked fresh off the lot again!! I am extremely satisfied with the work done, the staff, how I was treated and just the whole process!! Would highly recommend to anyone else, and hopefully I won’t need to, but if I do need repairs like this again, I immediately know where I’m going without hesitation!

I’ve never had auto-body work done on a vehicle before, and of course I dreaded the experience but Eastern Auto-body in Manchester made it so easy! Of course the result were amazing the car looks like new, but what stood out for me is how smooth their process is and how friendly the staff was. I hope I never have to get Auto body work done again, but if I do I know where to go.

They didn't take pride in their workmanship overlooked a few problems and said everything was perfect when it wasn't caused me all kinds off heartache wouldn't recommend them. The owner needs to do his own inspection on work done before telling customers there vehicle is all done and inspected or hire some that knows what there doing to inspect vechiles before telling customers to come get their car.

I was genuinely pleased with the service that was provided. Each representative I spoke to within their service department was kind and knowledgeable. They were very responsive and provided updates consistently. If I could give a rating of 10 stars, I would!

Insurance had my friend go here with minor collision damage and it’s been in the shop for over two months always with a “it’ll be done soon” drive by the other day to see and her car was sitting in the lot with 3 tires. Insurance covered a rental for a little bit but it’s expired and now she’s forced to be paying for a rental when her car should’ve been done A MONTH ago maybe even 2. And it is still there. Never calls to update or email or anything. Very unsatisfied.

The company tried charging me $1300 for "damage to the roof" of the rental. Not only was this not caused by me, but during the walk-around pre inspection of the rental we never looked at the roof , like who would right? I of course would not pay this so they tried charging my insurance. This was all quite unnerving considering the reason I needed the rental in the first place, the reason my car was in the shop was due to getting hit by a tractor trailer while my 1 year old was in the car. Unprofessional.

I can’t recommend this shop enough. I hit a bear & my car was a MESS. Over the last 51 days I’ve got my car back a few times and almost immediately the next thing went wrong & I had to bring it back. This was at no fault of the shop, the car was giiiving problems. Everyone at this shop went above and beyond to get me situated. They never made me felt like a nuisance or like I wasn’t eventually going to be in good standing order. They took the time to sit down and explain things to me in a way I could understand even when I was asking the same questions multiple times in one conversation over and over again. Parts delivery is a nightmare rn everywhere and they always had open communication & let me know exactly what part of the process they were in as they were in it. They even helped me get a fly for my carnivorous plant garden at one point 😂 I’ve been in Manchester for 7 years and car issues are terrifying as a single mom with no idea about cars, you never know if you’re walking into a shop that will take advantage of your situation. I will definitely forever use this shop because they are kind, honest and get the job done. Rob, Dan, Cory & Nate are out here reallllly doing the thing & I am beyond very thankful I ended up getting my car repaired through this shop 10/10

The work done was thorough. All the fasteners and clips in place. Bumpers & grill replaced/repaired and they matched the paint. Hopefully I will never have to go back, but at least I know the place to go. Definitely going to recommend this shop to anyone that needs auto body repair.

Extremely pleased with the outcome of my Kia. They worked directly with the insurance company and made everything simple. Friendly staff and answered all the questions that I had. It seemed like they clean the interior of my car as well which was much appreciated. Hopefully, I don’t have to go back but if I needed repairs I wouldn’t hesitate reaching out to them.
