I have never had a bad experience. Justin and his crew have always gone out of their way to make sure they give me all the information I need to make sure I’m getting everything I need to keep my car on the road and safe.

I taken back when your rep said I owed nothing for the state inspection because I'm a veteran. I told him I did't raise my hand and take oath to be given things for free. He said that I earned it. I will go to your stores from here on out.

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. To sum up: rude, untimely, unprofessional, and uncommunicative. I made an appointment to have my tire checked out because it was losing air quickly. I hoped to get it plugged or patched up because the weather wasn't great and the roads were getting worse by the minute. I made an appointment for 9am, but I saw on the website that they accepted walk-ins, so I thought if I could get in a bit earlier, I'd try to -- since the roads were getting worse. I was the 2nd customer in the door in the morning. The person ahead of me was a walk-in, and we were both told that when the mechanics arrived, we would get service if the folks with appointments were late or no-shows. If the appointments showed up, at least I had my 9am appointment slot. I had spoken with an employee at the desk while my husband was waiting in the car. Up until that point, the employee had been polite and friendly. However, after this point, I received unsatisfactory service (that's putting it nicely). I'm white, and my husband is brown, so I truly hope that this change in quality of service had nothing to do with that -- but things get much worse after this, so it's hard not to make that connection. We sat in the lobby to wait. After a few minutes, the person that came in before me was given an update that she could pick up her car in 10 minutes. I hoped to hear some sort of update soon after. But I waited TWO HOURS for an update (which was 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time slot). To get an update, I had to go to the desk. All the other customers who were helped before me (and there were several) were given updates without having to leave the lobby area or go ask for an update. Employees would enter the lobby area to speak with all the other customers to explain the services very clearly and kindly. When I went to the desk to ask for an update, I received an annoyed response from the desk employee -- he barely looked at me as he shrugged toward his colleague, "Yeah, he's finishing up." So I went to sit back down, since otherwise I would have just stood there awkwardly while they both were looking at their computers. A few minutes later, I heard my name being yelled around the corner. The desk employee yelled that my car was ready. Mind you, most of the lobby area is out of sight and around the corner from the desk area. Being hollered at around the corner -- while everyone else received a visit in the lobby area with an explanation -- felt pointed and unnecessarily rude. When I came to the desk, the first thing I was told was they were giving me a quote for two new front tires. I had to ask what work was actually done -- all I was told was the tire was holding air for now (ok, but what did you do to it?) and I owe $42. I barely received an explanation of services provided, and the only thing made clear to me was that I need to buy new tires. I visited here about a year ago and received unsatisfactory service (also with my husband, and with many of the same problems), but the reviews are so positive, I thought I would give them another chance. I will never visit this establishment again. I've learned my lesson.

My battery died on my car and I was in a bind to get it replaced. It was getting late but they took me in and replaced my battery and got me on the way. Otherwise I would have to wait the next day and take time off from work. Thanks VIP!!!!

Great experience. Greeted professionally and friendly. No problem with discount from Irving Card. Balance, rotation and alignment of 2016 Tundra CrewMax. Truck tracks straight with no vibration which I experienced at other tire shops. I will return for any other service I require.
