Corey & William run an amazing shop. I had never been here before, but was warmly welcomed. To get repairs done, it usually requires several calls to insurance companies and rental car agencies. Corey did all of that for me. I was kept up-to-speed on the repairs and was called to confirm the time of pick-up. I even picked up and dropped of the rental car right at the shop, which made things even easier. And of course, the repairs and paint were done totally professionally. Go see these people!!!

Overall amazing experience…. I hit a deer and it caused quite a bit of damage.. The staff was amazing .., from the owner to everyone in the front of the house.., the quality of the work from the back of house was very impressive as well… Corey was great.. kept me updated and answered everything I asked.. dealt with both insurance and getting a rental for me.. made every aspect easy and great!! I will always use and recommend Reflections.. thank you again!!

I had an amazing recent first experience at reflections. I was originally told by a different shop they couldn't fit me in until August so I called around. I'm really glad I did and found this gem of a family owned business. The owner and his daughter are so professionally, so friendly and so helpful. The shop keeps you well informed throughout your experience with them. My car looks 5x better now than it did when I dropped it off! Highly recommend them!

I had a great first experience with Bill and Chloe and the crew at Reflections. My quote was speedy and right in line with the two other quotes I received for my bumper repair and painting. Bill was obviously very comfortable doing this work and knowledgable about what was needed to make an effective and long lasting repair. Chloe and the crew in the office answered every question I had along the way quickly and thoroughly via email. The work looks excellent and the paint appears to be a great match and blend on the bumper. I can't see any signs of the work they did. Overall I had an excellent experience with this professional team. Oh, and they completed the work a day earlier than promised! I will use them again if the occasion arises (fingers crossed it doesn't).

My wife backed into my C43 in our driveway, cracking the rear driver side taillight, as well as putting a significant dent into the bumper. Bill & his team were able to fix my car completely with OEM parts, making it look as good as new. Given the fact that he maintained great communication both with myself as well as the insurance adjuster during a difficult time in his own life, not to mention repairing my car in a surprisingly quick timeframe, I have to commend Reflections and recommend them to anyone looking to have body work/repair work done…especially to Mercedes owners. Should I need repair work done in the future, I will be using Reflections without hesitation.
