I would like to comment on my recent experience last Monday, 10/17 , with Blake, the Service Manager and his team at the Ural of New England Facility in North Hampton, New Hampshire. Blake and his team were outstanding in the customer care and service they gave me when I brought my 2018 Gear-Up in to have a Forward/ Reverse Gear Shifter Kit installed on the bike. Despite some problems with the kit which caused some delays, they worked through the problems and kept me informed the whole time up to my getting my bike back. Blake was not only courteous and professional but was also empathetic. Something that seems to becoming increasingly rare these days. I will definitely continue to do business with Ural of New England, especially in North Hampton, N.H.
