I've been using watts for quite a while & was reminded why I will not go anyplace else. Needed complete rear brakes badly. Watts was busy so I tried another local place... not sure if most mechanics don't think women can look up parts cost , well I did. Estimate was "over 1200$" which I knew was more than double of what it should've cost! Well worth the wait as Robert Watts charged me $ 580! He knew I'm disabled veteran & widow so when I needed 4 new tires & wanted custom black rims I went to Watts. I will never go any place else. Good guys. Always fair .
